Pat Richards is the Managing Director of NSW Businesslink
Pty Ltd and is charged with building a world class shared services
organisation.
Pat was recruited from New Zealand by the Businesslink Board for his extensive experience in Finance and building and managing a shared corporate services organisation. He has over 25 years experience in finance and shared services, most of which has been gained within the dairy industry in New Zealand. Most recently he served as General Manager, Finance and General Manager, Shared Services for the $2.5 billion Anchor Group of companies.
His strong interest in, and personal commitment to, organisational development and capability is already being felt throughout Businesslink.
