NSW Businesslink Pty Ltd is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board comprises five Directors who are appointed in accordance with the Shareholders' Agreement. They include an Independent Chair, the Director-General of each client agency and our Managing Director.
The Board is responsible for the overall corporate governance of Businesslink, including our strategic direction and the setting and achievement of goals in the Business Plan and Statement of Business Intent.
